How long will my order take to process?
Because we are a "custom" business, each order is unique and the production time varies depending on the quantity ordered as well as the complexity of the item(s) requested.
Most stamp orders are completed and shipped to you within 2-3 business days. Seal orders and engravings most often ship within 3-5 business days.

How will you ship my order?
The Baumgarten Company utilizes United Parcel Service(UPS) to ship your personalized items. We ship "UPS Ground" unless otherwise requested.
Shipping charges will vary depending on the weight of your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For all online orders, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
Please Note: We also accept cash, personal or company check and money orders ONLY for walk-in, faxed or phone orders.

What file format does Baumgarten prefer for my logo or custom graphics?
Best format for a custom design, logo, or text design is either a TIF or EPS file.

Does Baumgarten provide "rush" service?
Yes! Same day service is available on certain items. Additional charges may apply.
